Remove Intimate Images Shared Without Consent

If an intimate image or video of you is on Kromacat without your consent — real or digitally altered — you can ask us to remove it. You do not need a Kromacat account.

1. How to send a request

Email report@kromacat.com with the subject Intimate image removal. If you have an account, you can also use the Report option on the photo or post.

2. What to include

1. Where the content is — the link to the photo or profile (for example kromacat.com/username) and a description that lets us find it.
2. A short statement that you are the person shown (or are authorised to act for them) and that you believe in good faith the image was shared without consent.
3. Your signature — typing your full name at the end of the email counts as an electronic signature.
4. How to contact you — an email address we can reply to.

3. What happens next

• We confirm we received your request.
• We remove the content, and identical copies we know of on Kromacat, within 48 hours of a valid request, and take action against the account that posted it.
• We never tell the person who posted it who made the request.
• If something is missing from your request, we tell you what we need — the 48 hours start once the request is complete.

4. Other urgent cases

If the content involves a minor, or someone is in immediate danger, email safety@kromacat.com and contact your local authorities. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
